●Interactive learning in our Customer Success Academy with extra guidance andmentors;●Provide help desk support to Web Hosting users through conversations (live chatand phone);●Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;●Inform customers about new features and functionalities;●Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;●Gather customer feedback and share with internal team (Product, Acquisition,Reputation Management, Finance, etc);●Assisting Server Admin to monitor servers performance;●Response and check abuse of service (spam/phishing).
