What will you do as QA Lead: • Lead a team, coach through reviews and feedback, support team to growth & help team to raise the capacity, skills and quality through proper execution. • Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industries and trends. • Develop and execute test plans and test cases with a strong emphasis on using code to solve technical challenges and the test cycle • Estimate test efforts, analyze and communicate test results and participate in day to day QA activities • Develop and maintain test cases to test the accuracy and stability of software applications • Prepare test case documents based on documented requirements and consultation interviews with project team and or client • Expertise in performing test execution, defect detection and test results reporting • Analyze defects against the software being developed to understand patterns and establish insight for developer team • Documents test results as per the standards • Researches and evaluates new methodologies and technologies that improve the quality, reliability, and performance of the Front End team/software development systems and processes. • Communicate and give feedback and solutions with clients to understand their business goals and objectives • Establish and promote best practices, and educate others by presenting original concepts in departmental knowledge sharing meetings.
